The development is composed of two distinct building volumes, each with its own architectural identity, yet carefully integrated into the surrounding urban fabric. Rather than operating as isolated objects, the two volumes are composed as a coherent ensemble, defined through relationships of proximity, alignment, and spatial continuity.

Positioned between a quiet residential fabric and the energy of the urban core, the project establishes a balanced condition of living, resulting in an urban oasis where density is softened by landscape, and where everyday life unfolds across a layered spatial experience.

At the heart of the ensemble lies a generous inner courtyard, conceived as a shared green space that acts as the social and environmental core of the development. More than a residual void between buildings, this inner garden becomes a lived landscape—where residents can gather, rest, or simply experience a quieter rhythm within the city. It is simultaneously enclosed and open, offering a sense of protection while maintaining visual and spatial connection to the urban context.

The courtyard is designed as a sequence of lived micro-spaces: shaded seating areas, open lawns, and informal gathering zones, complemented by a dedicated playground for children. This introduces a strong family-oriented dimension, transforming the garden into an everyday extension of domestic life. Within this setting, architecture and landscape are interwoven to support both privacy and community interaction.

Equally important is the project’s approach to ground-level activation. The base of both volumes is carefully articulated to engage directly with the surrounding streets, transforming the perimeter into an active urban interface rather than a boundary. Commercial and office functions are placed at ground level, ensuring a constant exchange between the buildings and the city. This programmatic openness generates permeability and movement, allowing the project to participate in the everyday life of the neighborhood rather than withdraw from it.

Within this activated ground plane, a café with an intimate terrace becomes a key social condenser. Slightly set back yet visually connected to the street, it offers a layered experience of public and semi-public space. Here, the transition between city and interior is softened: the café operates as both destination and passage, a place to meet, to pause, or to observe the rhythm of urban life unfold.
